The Bommai government has accepted defeat and the Congress is set to foist its own government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The BJP\u2019s leading tally came down further to 63 and JDS were way down at 20, completely out of the picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now the issue will be who will be the chief minister of the state. Congress leadership, including its president Mallikarjun Kharge has clearly said that the final decision on who the chief minister would be rests with Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.
