Aparna Yadav takes ‘blessing’ of her father-in-law Mulayam Singh Yadav

Mulayam Singh Yadav’s bahu Aparna Yadav, who left the Yadavs and the Samajwadi Party clan and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday, today went back ‘home’ to get the blessings of patriarch Mulayam. She has tweeted a picture (above) of the same.

Said Aparna in her tweet: “After taking the membership of Bharatiya Janata Party, on coming to Lucknow, took blessings from father/ netaji.” In another tweet, she wrote: “On reaching Lucknow Amausi Airport from Delhi by taking membership of BJP was given a grand welcome by supporters and workers, I thank all of you that by coming in such large numbers, you all have encouraged me.”

Aparna is the younger daughter-in-law of Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav. Her husband Prateek Yadav.

Aparna had contested in the 2017 assembly election and was defeated by Rita Bahuguna. This time too, Aparna is eyeing to contest from Lucknow Cantt seat from where sitting BJP MLA Rita Bahuguna wants her son to be fielded and Deputy CM Dinesh
Sharma also wants that seat.
