According to the Deputy CM of Maharashtra, Ajit Pawar, all schools for all classes in the Pune district will open full day (regular hours) from Monday, February 7. This decision as taken, with the third wave, especially of Omicron, on the wane and positivity rates plummeting.
The downward trends have been noticed in Maharashtra, Delhi and West Bengal. The date was revealed by Additional director-general of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) Dr. Samiran Panda.
